I had enough credits, now I don't

I had a certain number of credits and when I checked again, I have less than before. Why?

Staff reviews records individually before applying the credits to your designation. If you checked your credit count and had a certain number, but when you check it again and you now have less, this could be due to the following:

1. You mistakenly received credit for a WERC event or course that you did not attend - this credit will be eventually deleted or declined by staff

2. There were duplicate entries for the same credit - one will be eventually deleted or declined by staff
