Worldwide ERC® is proud to have an active membership of professionals who contribute their time and talent for the benefit of our industry. Maybe you’re one? We’re always looking for new ideas, new perspectives and help with developing best-in-class programs, products and events. We send out appeals for all activities throughout the year. Be on the lookout for opportunities!
Each year, 200+ WERC members from around the world contribute their time and expertise to advance the talent mobility industry and support the mission of their industry association by volunteering to serve on one or more of our advisory councils, policy forums, or working groups. Service by mobility professionals is critical not only for the work of WERC but in enabling the industry overall to respond to evolving trends and issues impacting talent mobility.
There are some ways you can support the WERC mission and work by:
- Participating in an event as a speaker, panelist, or moderator
- Submitting a topic suggestion or session description for one of our global events
- Assisting as a session moderator/discussion group leader
- Writing blogs, articles, etc. for WERC
- Serving on an Advisory Council, Working Group, or Network
- Available to WERC members only
- Participating in a focus group
- Leading a Happy Hour or networking event
- Being a LinkedIn® Groups Ambassador
