1. Once you've gotten into your account. Your overview page shows if your have any open balances, your membership status, contact information and more.

2. Click "Account" to be able to update your personal contact information, change password, update your password, etc.
If you are trying to update your online Directory information, please click on "Requests" -> "Add a New Request+".

3. Click "Organizations" -> "Link Me to an Organization+" to update/add your affiliation with your company.

4. Click "Purchases" to be able to retrieve recent orders, invoices, payments, etc.

5. Click "Subscriptions" if you've purchased the Learning Portal or Forms Portal for subscription dates. Go to "Access Links" tab to gain access.

6. Click "Requests" to add looking to add information to your online Directory profile.

7. Click "Requests" -> "Add New Request+" to add looking to add information to the online Directory profile.

8. Click "Access Links" to gain access to the Learning and Forms Portal.
